Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition- Lead Experience at Benthon Labs, located in Noida Sector 62, your primary role will involve attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates for technology-related positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs. - Lead and manage the recruitment team efficiently. - Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate fit. - Coordinate and conduct technical and behavioral interviews. - Assess candidates" technical and soft skills for role suitability. - Maintain candidate engagement, provide updates, and collect feedback. - Verify references and employment history for accuracy. - Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates and hiring managers. - Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements. - Generate reports to analyze and enhance recruitment strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter or in an IT-focused recruiting role. - Strong knowledge of IT and technology-related roles and skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
