Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing: Scientific Exploration & Innovation Dive deep into literature to review, segregate, and compile data, proposing innovative Routes of Synthesis (ROS) for various steps and molecules. Identify potential impurities early in the process and plan their preparation proactively. Process Optimization & Material Management Coordinate procurement of raw materials and chemicals from multiple vendors and internal plants.
