Job Description

Key Responsibilities

● Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.

● Post job openings and manage applicant flow effectively.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

● Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Follow-up Management System (FMS).

● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

● Support junior team members in recruitment drives and related projects.

● Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR operations and compliance tasks.

Actively participate in employee engagement and other corporate HR activities.

Qualifications

● Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

● 5–7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong exposure to various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
