What You’ll Do

🎯 Partner with business and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create smart sourcing strategies.📋 Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.🧩 Evaluate candidates for skills, culture fit, and long-term potential.🤝 Coordinate interviews, assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.📊 Maintain data accuracy in KEKA ATS and recruitment trackers.📈 Drive improvements in hiring efficiency, reducing backouts and closure timelines.💡 Collaborate with external partners, job boards, and internal teams to build strong pipelines.📢 Support employer branding and represent Tatvic at events, drives, and engagement activities.

Must-Have Skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitmentExpertise in sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsData accuracy and attention to detail in recruitment operationsProficiency in KEKA ATS, Excel/Google Sheets, and MettlAnalytical mindset — ability to read hiring metrics and drive decisions

Good To Have

✨ Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and reporting dashboards🎯 Strong influencing and negotiation skills with candidates📈 Understanding of SAAS hiring or tech-based recruitment💬 Presentation and communication design skills (PowerPoint / Canva)
