Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 5 years in Telecom or IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes and a strong track record of closing roles across technical and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

.Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring strategies.

.Use innovative sourcing techniques via job portals, social media, referrals, and events.

.Maintain and update candidate pipelines using the ATS.

.Conduct initial HR screening and assess cultural and technical fit.

.Schedule interviews and manage feedback loops.

.Extend job offers and oversee pre-joining formalities.

.Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.

.Represent Azalio at job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.

.Ensure adherence to hiring policies and local labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the Telecom/IT industry – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring best practices

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office
