Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across various job functions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Sourcing & Networking: Leverage diverse channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process for all candidates, maintaining strong relationships throughout.
• Market Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and ensure timely hiring.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to enhance our employer brand.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, helping them meet their targets and grow professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT or technical recruitment.
• Proven experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience in employer branding and networking events is a plus.
