System Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and reliability. Manage user accounts, security permissions, and backup processes. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and documentation. Ensure data security through firewalls, antivirus, patching, and access control. Support network configuration and maintenance (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs). Assist with cloud systems, virtual environments, and server upgrades. Maintain IT inventory and vendor coordination for hardware/software purchases. Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure timely resolution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and IT security. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Active Directory, and virtualization. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA) will be an added advantage. Must be available to join immediately.
