Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures the organization attracts top talent, maintains a positive candidate experience, and supports the company’s staffing goals. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, headhunting, and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn). Screen resumes and candidates through phone interviews and assessments. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Candidate Management Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate hiring updates, interview feedback, and next steps to applicants. Manage offer letters, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports. Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policy and relevant employment laws. Employer Branding Assist in executing employer branding initiatives. Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and university partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (1–2 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition. Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
