Website: www.tatvic.com Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and reports to assess the performance of companies or assets. Analyze market trends, economic data, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities. Monitor news, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events that may impact investments. Valuation and Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to forecast the future performance of investments. Perform company valuations using techniques like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions. Use financial metrics (e.g., P/E ratios, EBITDA, earnings growth rates) to evaluate potential investments. Investment Recommendations: Present findings and provide recommendations on buy, hold, or sell decisions to senior management.. Prepare investment reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. Portfolio Management Support: Track portfolio performance and suggest rebalancing strategies based on market conditions or investment goals. Risk Analysis: Assess the risk profiles of potential investments and develop strategies to mitigate risk. Evaluate macroeconomic and microeconomic factors to gauge the potential risks associated with specific investments. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with senior executives, and other stakeholders to discuss investment strategies, market conditions, and potential opportunities. Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of investments and portfolio progress. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all investment strategies and recommendations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and internal reporting. Required Skills And Qualifications Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.), familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation techniques. Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, attention to detail. Communication Skills: Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
