Role Overview

VAM offers its investee clients with structured solutions to their business needs pertaining to growth (e.g. acquisition, mezzanine, last mile capex), consolidation (refinancing, shareholding changes, liability management), turnarounds (special situations, hybrid solutions) and more. These are bilaterally designed solutions, arrived at with careful assessment of the business / group in question, its operating environment, transaction structure and risks therein.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  CA / CFA (preferred), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.

• Experience:

  47 years in credit analysis or investment research, at asset management firms or banks.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, financial modelling, and analytical tools
