The role involves identifying collaboration opportunities, upselling to existing customers, and supporting the finance team in maintaining the healthy financial state of acquired accounts. Accountabilities Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to drive new business growth. This role is a crucial part of the frontline sales team, requiring a mix of self-driven business generation and effective lead conversion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with solution selling, and can independently manage the entire sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Business Generation & Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and industry research. Engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive them through the sales funnel. Develop tailored sales pitches, proposals, and solutions to address client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximize deal value. Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities. Provide insights on client needs, market gaps, and potential business expansion strategies. Suggest ways to optimize the sales approach based on data and feedback. Performance & Reporting Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales targets. Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, track key metrics, and report progress to senior management.
