Designation : Senior Recruitment Specialist

Department : Human Resources

Education Qualification :

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or related field

Experience :

Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the

construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry

Remuneration : As per industry standards

Roles & Responsibilities

(Professional Competencies)

Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across engineering, site

management, procurement, planning, EHS, commercial, and

support functions

Partner with project leaders and department heads to anticipate

workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies

Source high-quality candidates through various platforms: job

portals, social media, internal database, agencies, internal

references and direct sourcing

Manage job postings, screen applications, conduct initial

interviews, and coordinate technical assessments

Draft offer letters, manage negotiations, and oversee onboarding

process in coordination with HR operations

Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and

recurring roles

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports

to leadership

Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

during the hiring process

Represent the company at job fairs, campus placement, career

expos, and other networking events

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in

the job market

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably

within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry

Strong knowledge of job profiles in the construction domain

(e.g., civil engineers, project managers, site supervisors, QA,

safety engineers etc.)

Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring for multiple projects

and job sites

Excellent skills and competencies in screening CVs with respect

to Education in accordance with UGC/NAAC, Tenure and

experience in other companies

Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and

sourcing tools

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder

management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, project-driven

environment.

Experience recruiting for EPC (Engineering, Procurement,

Construction) or turnkey project companies

Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR,

CIPD)
