Human Resources - Intern

As an HR Intern at Blitz, you will be an integral part of the dynamic HR team, contributing to the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Your main responsibilities will include creating and optimizing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, managing candidate information in the ATS, and supporting the recruitment team in administrative tasks. Your role will also involve assisting in developing innovative recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and optimizing job descriptions and job postings. - Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. - Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify top talent. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Manage and update candidate information in the ATS for proper tracking. - Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks. - Help develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Qualifications Required: - Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. - Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and contributing to the recruitment process.
