Role Overview

HR Intern

recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support the onboarding process — documentation, induction, and orientation of new hires.

2. HR Operations

  • Help maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Support in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, experience letters, and policy drafts.
  • Assist in managing attendance, leave tracking, and compliance-related tasks.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace experience.

4. Research & Process Improvement

  • Conduct research on HR trends and help optimize people processes.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or recently completed) in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior HR internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
