Job Description

We’re Hiring: Human Resources Associate at BuildAmbit!

BuildAmbit

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for various functions (Product, Marketing, Tech, Ops, etc.)
  • Support HR operations: offer letters, documentation, employee records, HRIS updates
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement & culture-building initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership to design policies, performance frameworks, and L&D initiatives
  • Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of employee queries

Who we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

    (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders across teams
  • Passionate about building culture in a fast-paced, growing startup
  • Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset
