Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Associate. The HR Associate will handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include managing training and development programs, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with different departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and provide effective communication between employees and management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in Training & Development, including the ability to design and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and applicable labor laws is a plus
• Proven experience in HR related to Edtech companies
