Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills. Basic to intermediate video editing skills (for ad creatives or reels). Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, and related platforms. 3–5 years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing roles.
