Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs, and offering support and guidance in the recruitment and training of new employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
