Digital Marketer/Performance Marketer


Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies integrating SEO, SEM, SMM, content, and paid advertising to meet business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, ensuring consistency with brand and performance objectives.
  • SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, AI SEO optimization, and SEM bid management to enhance visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Content and Creative Oversight: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and freelancers to produce high-quality visual and written assets.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms to track KPIs, analyze performance, and share insights-driven reports.
  • Technical Marketing Implementation: Work with developers to optimize marketing stacks, implement tags, manage automation systems (HubSpot, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel).
  • Team & Freelancer Management: Lead and coordinate with freelancers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Funnel Optimization: Build and refine marketing funnels to increase conversion rates, optimizing user experiences across awareness and nurture stages.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key contact for clients, presenting performance insights and aligning strategies with their objectives.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing, AI, and advertising innovations to propose and implement new growth tactics.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in AI SEO, PPC, SMM, and ASO
  • Experience 3-5 years
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Experience with Meta Ads and performance-driven ad strategies
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Basic to intermediate Video Editing skills for ad creatives or reels
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ClickFunnels
