Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Oversee office administration tasks such as vendor management, office supplies, and facility maintenance
  • Support HR documentation, policies, and process improvements
  • Handle employee queries and maintain communication across departments
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and recordkeeping


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
