Human Resources Associate

Role Overview: As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions including Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Operations & Compliance, Employee Grievance Handling & Communication, and Administrative Support. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project leads to identify hiring needs and assist in posting job openings and screening applications. - Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding formalities. - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and new hires. - Manage employee records both digitally and physically, ensuring timely updates. - Monitor probation completion, confirmations, and contract renewals. - Conduct exit formalities and oversee proper handover procedures and documentation. - Update HR databases, reports, and trackers regularly. - Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures organization-wide. - Support internal audits and compliance-related documentation efforts. - Address employee grievances promptly and maintain a detailed record of resolutions. - Assist in internal communication and change management initiatives. - Coordinate new joiner induction and orientation programs. - Provide assistance in managing health insurance, ID cards, and other benefits administration. - Collaborate with vendors and service providers for HR-related services. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the nonprofit/NGO sector. - Proficiency in HR functions, labor laws, and documentation processes. - Familiarity with HR software/tools such as HRMS and Excel.
