Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and daily HR operations. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage end-to-end processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding with proper documentation.
• Maintain employee records and update the HRMS regularly.
• Track attendance, leaves, and ensure related compliance.
• Address employee queries on policies and HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and manage documentation for audits.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• HRMS experience is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
