Human Resources Associate

Your responsibilities will include: - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes: - You will handle the complete hiring cycle, from identifying suitable candidates to conducting interviews, issuing offer letters, and ensuring new employees seamlessly integrate into the company with proper orientation and documentation. - Maintain employee records and attendance: - You will be responsible for updating and securely storing all employee data including personal details, employment documents, attendance, leaves, and performance files in HR systems. Additionally, you will assist in compiling attendance data, checking timesheets, and coordinating with accounts for error-free salary processing. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as contracts, policies, and company guidelines will also be part of your role. - Assist in employee engagement and performance reviews: - Your contribution will be essential in planning activities that enhance team motivation, culture, and retention. You will also support managers in tracking employee goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance evaluations during appraisal cycles. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. - 1-3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can apply). - Strong communication, organizational skills & proficiency in MS Office.
