Human Resources Associate

As a HR Associate/Team Assistant at Vedshil Careers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief People Officer in various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations, contributing to key HR functions, participating in the recruitment process, identifying training needs, and managing administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Chief People Officer in daily operations, including ensuring timely task execution, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR-related documentation preparation. - Contribute to compensation and benefits administration, performance evaluation processes, and HR policy development to ensure organization-wide compliance. - Participate in the recruitment process and maintain an organized candidate database. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives across departments. - Act as the primary point of contact for employee and management queries, providing timely support in addressing concerns. - Manage administrative functions such as scheduling student batches, maintaining student records, and coordinating soft-skill sessions with external collaborators. - Coordinate internal meetings, address employee logistical needs, and oversee office inventory management. - Maintain organized records, reports, and employee documentation in compliance with company standards. Qualifications: - Candidates from nearby regions of Gandhinagar and locals will be given preference. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. - Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. - Prior experience in an HR Associate or similar role is advantageous. - Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. - Hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including candidate processing and onboarding, is highly valued.,
