Human Resources Associate

As a Human Resources Associate at Expertbells in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, you will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for various HR functions in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes. - Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management efficiently. - Assist in organizing engaging employee activities and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Help coordinate performance review processes and training programs for continuous employee development. - Address basic employee queries promptly and ensure smooth communication across different teams. - Collaborate effectively with the HR team on day-to-day operations and documentation tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing the same). - 01 year of HR experience is preferred (internship experience will also be considered). - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment. Good to Have: - Familiarity with HRMS tools/software will be beneficial. - Exposure to startups or fast-growing companies is an added advantage. - Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws would be advantageous for this role.,
