Role Overview

HR professional

end-to-end hiring responsibilities


Key Responsibilities


  1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using

    Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals

    , and other innovative channels.
  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    — from sourcing and screening to coordination, offer rollout, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong

    talent pipelines

    across diverse business functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, Performance Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain, and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, design structured hiring processes, and ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Share recruitment dashboards, pipeline health updates, and hiring insights with stakeholders.
  • Deliver an exceptional

    candidate experience

    and strengthen employer branding through every candidate interaction.


HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a

    trusted HR partner

    for employees and managers across functions.
  • Support

    employee engagement

    , performance management, and cultural initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate

    onboarding, orientation, and assimilation

    of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance, and driving consistency in HR operations.
  • Collaborate with the team on

    recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and employee well-being initiatives.

  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
  • Support HR data management, reporting, and documentation.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (

    MBA preferred

    ).
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    with a strong focus on

    Non-IT hiring

    (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, etc.).
  • Exposure to or strong interest in

    HR Business Partnering

    , including engagement and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a

    fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency with

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms

    , and data tracking tools.
  • Combination of

    execution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.
