Roles and responsibilities:

● End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, headhunting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and finalizing hires.

● Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR-related topics, industry best practices, and legal requirements. Summarize findings to support decision-making and policy development.

● Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process by managing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and organizing training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

● Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR department to plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events and other initiatives designed to foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.


Competencies:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively, speak clearly, and write effectively. Capable of engaging with candidates professionally and charismatically while maintaining clarity and approachability.

2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments and fostering positive working relationships. Skilled in engaging with candidates in a respectful, professional manner.

3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in G Suite, Google products, and digital HR systems, ensuring efficient task management and streamlined workflows.

4. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage large volumes of information, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in all HR-related processes.

5. Confidentiality and Integrity: A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times.
