Designation- Human Resource

Job Type- Onsite

Experience: 2-3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post updates, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department
• Address employee queries
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Requirements:

1) Good understanding of full-cycle

2) Masters in HR or a similar field.

3) MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Salary - 3-6 lakh
