Key Responsibilities: Brand Development: Assist in creating and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze branding campaigns that align with the company’s vision. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including print, digital, and social media assets. Event Management: Coordinate and oversee branding activities during events, especially Junior’s Fashion Week. Work closely with event teams to ensure seamless integration of brand elements. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and industry trends. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve brand positioning. Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.
