Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the heart of JFW’s growth, driving partnerships, securing registrations, and elevating our brand presence. This role is perfect for a go-getter with a flair for sales, networking, and the fashion industry, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch to potential brand partners and clients to secure collaborations for JFW events (e.g., achieving targets like 7 registrations or AED 420,000 for Dubai Showcase).
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with luxury brands, event sponsors, and parents to ensure seamless partnerships.
• Event Support: Collaborate with teams to support event logistics, including registrations and kids’ brand ambassador programs.
• Market Expansion: Explore new markets and opportunities to expand JFW’s presence in India and the UAE.
• Reporting: Track and report progress on targets (e.g., fortnightly goals) to the Business Development Manager, ensuring timely updates.
