Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Human Resources Associate. The role involves overseeing HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, facilitating training and development initiatives, and maintaining employee records. You will also be responsible for supporting employee engagement programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering clear and effective communication within the organization.

Must Have Knowledge about ZOHO PEOPLE.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and Human Resource Operations
• Proficiency in Training & Development, particularly in employee growth and skill enhancement initiatives
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction across teams
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
