About the Role:

We are looking for a junior HR & Operations Associate who can help with hiring, basic HR tasks, admin work, and assisting the management team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will support day-to-day operations, coordinate hiring pipelines, and help keep the office running smoothly. You will also act as an assistant when needed, helping with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.

What You’ll Do:

• Post jobs on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen candidates quickly and schedule interviews
• Handle follow-ups, reminders, and coordination
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining HR documents
• Support office operations and vendors
• Manage basic administrative tasks
• Help with scheduling, organising meetings, note-taking
• Prepare basic letters, agreements, and documents
• Maintain checklists and follow-up systems
• Assist management with operational day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, admin, or operations
• Strong communication in English and Hindi
• Organised, fast learner, responsive, detail-oriented
• Comfortable owning tasks independently
• Smart, humble, and willing to handle repetitive work
• Must be able to work on-site every day
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
