Perform targeted searches using job criteria through platforms like Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, Indeed, and more. Engage with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, education, and overall suitability. Screen and source resumes for assigned roles. Manage daily recruitment tasks including: Candidate outreach and screening Interview scheduling Document collection Salary discussion Offer follow-up and ensuring candidate onboarding Maintain accurate records and update internal recruitment tools in line with company practices and compliance. Communicate company culture, benefits, and job expectations to candidates. Drive candidate engagement to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience. Support employee engagement activities and the hire-to-retire cycle, in collaboration with HR. Required Skills: Good command of verbal and written communication skills. Immediate Hiring For AR Callers / Senior AR Callers hyderabad 3 - 6 years INR 3.0 - 7.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end AR processes, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with insurance companies and patients. Analyze aging reports and take proactive steps to reduce outstanding balances. Work within the assigned EHR/EMR platform (ECW or ModMed EMA) to perform AR-related tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Generate and analyze reports to support revenue cycle improvement. Collaborate with internal teams including billing, coding, and customer service. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 1 to 3 years of AR experience with either e Clinical Works (ECW) or Mod Med EMA . Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance follow-up, and denial resolution. Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a multi-specialty practice or medical billing company. Knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and performance KPIs.

Role & responsibilities Candidate must have experience between 2 - 6 Years. Flexible to work in night shift (US- EST) Must have exp. in physician billing (CMS 1500).
