Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with insurance companies and patients. Analyze aging reports and take proactive steps to reduce outstanding balances. Work within the assigned EHR/EMR platform (ECW or ModMed EMA) to perform AR-related tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Generate and analyze reports to support revenue cycle improvement. Collaborate with internal teams including billing, coding, and customer service. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 1 to 3 years of AR experience with either e Clinical Works (ECW) or Mod Med EMA . Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance follow-up, and denial resolution. Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a multi-specialty practice or medical billing company.
