Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated RCM Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The RCM Manager will oversee and optimize revenue cycle processes, including medical billing, claims management, and payment processing. Responsibilities include tracking revenue performance, identifying areas of improvement, implementing process enhancements, and collaborating with healthcare providers and teams to ensure efficient operations. The role requires exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while meeting financial goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, coding, and claims processing
  • Experience in healthcare consulting, practice analytics, and process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, tracking revenue KPIs, and implementing effective strategies
  • Strong leadership, management, and team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in healthcare management are a plus
  • Prior experience in RCM or healthcare service management is highly desirable

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

• 4+ years in a leadership/managerial role

• Proven client-facing experience

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Experience in managing a team of 50+ members preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete end-to-end RCM operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients

• Lead client calls, reviews, and business updates

• Handle escalations and service issues proactively

• Drive KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching

• Work on process improvements and automation opportunities

• Analyze trends in denials, aging AR, and root causes

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (QA, Training, HR, IT)

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for leadership and clients

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data security policies
