You will be working as an HR Intern at Raptee.HV, a full-stack electric motorcycle startup dedicated to revolutionizing the EV market in India. **Role Overview:** As an HR Intern at Raptee.HV, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in HR functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and workplace culture improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to enhancing HR processes and procedures for increased efficiency. - Identify training and development opportunities to support employee growth and performance. - Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding. - Support employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the HR Team to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in HR operations and employee engagement. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of labor laws and HR processes. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Willingness to learn and take initiative in HR activities.
