About Raptee.HV Raptee.HV is a full-stack electric motorcycle startup with a strong technical foundation. Founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (with backgrounds at Tesla and Wipro), Raptee.HV aims to revolutionize the EV market by offering a high-performance motorcycle alternative to the existing scooter-dominated options. The company is incubated at CIIC & ARAI. Job Summary: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented External Relations Intern to support our efforts in leveraging government schemes, grants, and policies. In this role, you'll help identify relevant central and state programmes, assist in grant application processes, and coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance. You’ll also represent the company at government-hosted events, expos, and policy forums. This is a great opportunity to build your understanding of how businesses work with public systems to drive innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and monitor central/state government policies, schemes, and grants relevant to the industry Assist in identifying and applying for government grants, subsidies, and financial support programmes Coordinate with internal departments to gather documentation required for applications and compliance Attend government and industry events, expos, and conferences as a company representative Prepare concise event reports and policy updates for internal teams Maintain records, trackers, and dashboards for grant opportunities and submissions Support the creation of policy briefs and advocacy documents as required Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, or related fields Strong interest in government relations, public policy, and regulatory frameworks Good communication and research skills Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
