Job Description

As a Recruiter at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet our dynamic needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. This will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, creating robust talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding - Source candidates from various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach - Screen and assess candidates to ensure they align with qualifications and organizational culture - Conduct interviews and offer recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations - Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements - Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make informed decisions - Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the hiring process - Integrate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles into all recruitment activities Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in recruitment or a related HR role - Proficient in recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines - Data-driven mindset for analyzing recruitment metrics and making informed decisions - Knowledge and experience in applying DEIA principles to the recruitment process - Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information For more information about our company, please visit our Privacy Notice for Active Candidates: [Privacy Notice - Active Candidates](https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates),
