Recruiter Tech, Non-Tech & Bulk Hiring
Location: Pune (Tilak Road)

Role overview

The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technical, non-technical and bulk requirements from the Pune office, ensuring timely closures and a strong candidate experience. The role involves extensive use of job boards, ATS and AI-based hiring tools for sourcing, screening and interviewing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins and scheduled interview days to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Work on ATS for requisition tracking, candidate database management and reporting.
• Leverage AI-based tools for resume screening, talent mapping and outreach to improve speed and quality of hiring.
• Conduct telephonic, video and face-to-face interviews, assessing fit on skills, communication and culture.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements, schedule interviews and provide regular hiring updates.

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Recruiter handling a mix of tech, non-tech and/or bulk hiring mandates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, especially for communication and role fit.
• Hands-on experience with major job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools used in sourcing, screening or outreach will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work from the Pune office full-time
