Role Description – Recruiter (Full-Time, On-Site | Delhi)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes across various departments.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely closures of open positions. This role is essential in building a skilled and motivated workforce that supports VIBES’ mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing to final selection.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, databases, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Publish job postings and support employer branding efforts.
• Maintain a well-organized talent database for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing plans and provide timely hiring updates.
• Assist in onboarding activities when required.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume hiring or service industry hiring is an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, teams, and stakeholders.
