Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Assistant will handle daily HR tasks which include assisting in HR management, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), administering benefits, and providing employee training. The role requires interaction with various departments and maintaining employee records while supporting the HR team in various projects and initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Skills in Benefits Administration Experience in Training and Development Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
