Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Assistant will handle daily HR tasks which include assisting in HR management, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), administering benefits, and providing employee training. The role requires interaction with various departments and maintaining employee records while supporting the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
