Job Description

HR Executive – Construction Company

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for site workers, office staff, and engineers.
Maintain attendance, overtime records, and prepare monthly payroll.
Handle ESI & PF registrations, filings, and statutory documentation.
Maintain employee records, issue HR letters, and support onboarding.
Coordinate with site teams for daily HR and labour-related requirements.
Perform basic accounting tasks such as vouchers, petty cash, and invoice entries using Tally.
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office & Excel.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred).
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of payroll, ESI/PF compliance, and basic accounting.
Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
