Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Head of Production. The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, planning and managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, managing the production team, and ensuring optimal use of resources. They will also handle budgeting and cost management, maintain quality standards, and implement efficient processes to meet production goals. Compliance with health and safety regulations and continual improvement of production processes are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Production Management Experience in Operations Management Proficiency in Team Management Budgeting and cost management skills Excellent leadership and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
