Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Faridabad. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR operations, managing HRIS, and administering employee benefits. Additionally, the role involves assisting in employee training programs and maintaining employee records and compliance PF, ESI, LWF, salary sheet, Leave policy check attendance sheet.

Qualifications

• Handle full & final settlements for resigning employees.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with management for final selection.
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Skills in Benefits Administration and employee Training
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
