We are expanding rapidly and looking for a smart, proactive, and people-centric Lady HR to join our team and lead our people operations with empathy, discipline, and ownership. 👩‍💼 Position OverviewWe are seeking an HR Executive/HR Manager (Female) who will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, culture management, employee engagement, documentation, compliance, and daily HR support. You will work closely with the founders and team leads to maintain a healthy, productive, and well-structured workplace. 🟣 Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and interview potential candidates (technical + non-technical) Manage full-cycle hiring: JD preparation, job posting, screening, scheduling, and final onboarding Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for tech roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, etc.) 2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and HR induction Create employee files, maintain organizational hierarchy Manage exit interviews and handover processes 3. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and company policies Update HRMS / internal tools regularly 4. Employee Relations & Culture Building Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries Conduct monthly engagement activities & team-building initiatives Promote a positive, inclusive, and disciplined work environment 5. Performance & Compliance Track performance reviews and probation evaluations Maintain HR compliance, policies, and guidelines Handle payroll inputs, salary revisions, and appraisal coordination 6. Administration & Coordination Coordinate with vendors, training partners, and internal teams Help in organizing meetings, events, and workshops Support day-to-day administrative tasks Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu) Strong interpersonal skills and professional workplace behavior Efficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools Ability to handle multiple tasks with maturity, confidentiality & discretion Female candidates only (preferred due to role requirements related to internal team culture & people coordination) Preferred Attributes Friendly and approachable personality Strong organizational and documentation skills High emotional intelligence Ability to handle pressure and deadlines Passion for working in a fast-growing startup environment
