About the internshipWe are looking for a project coordinator at Rzervit , you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the travel and tourism sector by facilitating the onboarding of local tourism operators onto the Rzervit platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel and technology. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with state, and central government departments for onboarding of tourism service providers. Meet and coordinate with local tour operators, walking tour guides, adventure park owners, cultural and heritage site managers, and other tourism-related service providers to introduce and onboard them to the Rzervit platform. Collect relevant site and business information, sign partnership agreements with merchants, and provide live demo of the Rzervit dashboard and ONDC network. Guide the onboarding process and encourage them to promote and use the Highway Delite app for ticket sales and bookings. Be available on-site to address any technical issues during onboarding or ongoing operations. Give presentations to potential clients, conduct follow-up calls, schedule meetings, and manage Leads . Maintain and report detailed records of meetings, onboarding activities, and client interactions . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree completed or pursuing in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, sales, tourism, or related fields (freshers with relevant skills are welcome). Proficiency in both English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage). Basic technical knowledge to handle app demonstrations and dashboards and troubleshoot simple tech issues on-site.
