Key Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to handle client relationships, oversee project operations, and manage a technical team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good technical understanding (especially GPS wiring), and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and meetings.
• Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and proposals with clients.
• Oversee project execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage and support a team of technicians and coordinators.
• Distribute workload among team members and monitor progress.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and performance sheets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project operations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of GPS device installation and wiring.
• Excellent client communication and email etiquette.
• Proficiency in quotation preparation, costing, and price negotiation.
• Team management and task allocation skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Technical or Business preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in key account management or operations management.
• Experience in GPS/Telematics/Field Operations will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
