West is one of the top revenue contributing region to PCM, with dedicated resource for Key Accounts sales we can ensure multifold revenue growth. By focusing exclusinvely on Key Accounts we can target 360 degree solution to PM as well as CLC customers. Beginning with Mumbai and once established, the same resource can be used for other cities in West and Central region,gion and we can increase number of key accounts as well. There would definitely be improvement in PR and CR especially with strong CLC accounts.

Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Expanding portfolio by acquiring new major customers and competition s key accounts.
To achieve the budgeted Sales Service turnover from the Key Customers.
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve Organizational Goals and expand Company s key customer base with increased customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
