Key Responsibilities: Pass on orders to kitchens on weekly and daily basis Demonstrate ownership of end to end operations of the product delivery (from kitchen coordination to ordering to product readiness to on time product delivery) Coordinate with partner kitchens and ensure the processes are followed for dispatch of the products Ensure the products are delivered on time to the clients through logistics team You will develop, implement and enforce policies and processes that ensure smooth operations from all partner kitchens Work with partner kitchens and develop SOP to ensure quality Work closely with the client relationship team to ensure all client expectations are met Create and send reports on daily operations Find ways to improve quality of service Qualifications: 2 years of experience in relevant field. Your role will involve significant client and vendor engagement, market insights, and hands-on management to ensure quality standards, product sourcing, and seamless category operations. For the Beverages Category Head role, you will lead the growth of Frutta's beverage portfolio by identifying new opportunities, managing stock levels, onboarding new products, conducting quality checks, and fostering relationships with key vendors and clients. You will spend 70% of your time in the field meeting vendors, conducting site visits, and managing operations to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction. As the Cash & Carry Category Head, you will drive growth in cafeteria management operations by identifying new business opportunities, managing product categories, negotiating contracts with suppliers, overseeing P&L, monitoring inventory levels, and building strong customer relationships to maximize revenue and operational efficiency. As a Menu Planning Chef at Frutta, your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and creating diverse and innovative menus that align with client expectations and preferences. You will have exposure to South Indian, North Indian, Andhra Style, Chinese, Continental, and other common menus for corporates. Staying updated on culinary trends and industry innovations is crucial to keep menus fresh and exciting. Your role will involve close coordination with partner kitchen teams to communicate menu changes, new dishes, and recipe specifications. Conducting training sessions for kitchen staff to ensure they are well-informed and capable of delivering dishes as per established standards is essential. Addressing any concerns or challenges faced by partner kitchen POC during the implementation of new menu items is also part of your responsibilities.
