Client Relationship Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining Frutta as a Key Account Manager / Client Relationship specialist to effectively manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction within the Corporate Client segment. Your role will involve developing strong partnerships, maximizing revenue potential, and providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with high-value B2B clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. - Conduct regular meetings with clients, visit their premises to understand concerns, propose customized product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and product departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving for clients. - Obtain references from existing clients, implement cross-selling and upselling strategies, and focus on client retention through regular communication and exceptional service delivery. - Drive customer loyalty by providing exceptional service, addressing client concerns proactively, and meeting client requirements efficiently. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 2+ years of proven experience in a relevant field or client handling experience. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. - Ability to work independently, managing multiple key accounts effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software. - Knowledge of the Bangalore market and B2B client landscape. - Experience or knowledge of the food industry would be an added advantage.,
